The Moriesian Horse Registry is excited to announce the winners of the 2017 Competition Awards and Moriesian Miles Programs.
The Awards Program is available to registered Moriesians and members who are competing against other breeds. The versatility of the Moriesian is exhibited in the variety of disciplines in which they compete and the MHR honors those who excel.
Division winners:
In Hand: Tamara Turgeon with Nanne’s Brandia Dancer (Tristan) – 19.5 points
Performance: Tamara Turgeon with Nanne’s Brandia Dancer (Tristan) – 22 points
Combined Driving: Lindsay LaBella with Aurora LaBella Luna (Cotton) – 2 points
Second Place: Lindsay LaBella with Pietro Antonio DHA (Pete) – 1 point
Moriesian Miles: for those who spend non-competitive time with their Moriesian: trail riding, camping, pleasure driving, lessons, parades, clinics and other events. The MHR honors those who are putting on miles and spending hours promoting the Moriesian breed.
